Joern Weber, Founder & CEO
Joern Weber began his career as an investigator in 1975 with the NRW Police. For almost 20 years, he worked as a Criminal Inspector (Kriminalhauptkommissar) in various departments – from fraud cases to economic crime to international investigations.
As early as 1995, he recognized the potential of the Internet for investigations and developed Germany's first police website. This early digitization initiative made him a pioneer of OSINT methodology in the German-speaking world.
In 1999, he left the police and founded corma GmbH to make professional OSINT services available to business and authorities. Since then, he has led over 5,000 investigations and is considered one of Europe's leading OSINT experts.

Joern Weber began his service with the NRW Police in 1975. Over almost 24 years, he rose from patrol officer to Criminal Inspector (Kriminalhauptkommissar). His specializations: fraud cases, economic crime, and international investigations.
